Deadline ha informado que la película spin-off de los X-Men de Gambito, protagonizada por Channing Tatum, se encuentra sin director actualmente, ya que Rupert Wyatt abandona la dirección de la misma.
Wyatt ha realizado la siguiente declaración emitida por 20th Century Fox:
"I was very much looking forward to working with my friend Channing and the team at Fox, but regrettably a push in the start date now conflicts with another project. I thank them for the opportunity, and I know that Gambit will make a terrific film."
Gambit se estrena el 7 de octubre del 2016.
