Mientras que Captain America: Civil War se encuentra todavía en espera de su estreno en EEUU, el éxito que va teniendo en los países que se va proyectando es muy positivo, tanto de criticas como de taquilla. Unos 200 millones de dólares recaudados y subiendo.
Y en una entrevista para Badtaste, los directores Russo Brothers, que se encargaran de Avengers: Infinity Wars, han dado alguna pista sobre los superhéroes que se unirán en ella.
The Marvel Universe is sprawling - the Marvel Cinematic Universe is enormous. Just think of all the characters that haven’t been introduced yet that are going to be introduced by the time that we’re working on Infinity War. We have a tough task just telling the stories of the characters who exist [on the big screen] in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, let alone adding the entire Marvel Television universe. Anything is possible in Marvel. It’s certainly something we’re considering. But our focus is on telling the stories of the characters that currently exist on the movie side.
Han abierto la posibilidad a que aparte de los Avengers, cuenten con los Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. y Defenders. Con Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. incluirlos es algo fácil y que me agradaría bastante. Y Defenders sería cuestión de llegar a un acuerdo con Netflix. Si con el Spider-Man de Sony se ha podido llegar al acuerdo, con Daredevil y compañía se debería de poder también.
Avengers: Infinity War se estrena el 4 de mayo del 2018.
